A New Project

Today we had our quilty get together for the month, every year we start a project that goes on all year. This year the project is right up my alley~~~WOOL APPLIQUE, here is a link to the pattern. if you can't see it, it is the one farthest on the right on the top row MY SEWING ROOM

Too cute, I got a really soft black check (you can barely tell it is checked) for the background on the 1st block, think I might work on it tonight. :) I will post pics when I get the 1st block done.

My 1st Crazy Quilt Block for the Crazy Quilt Journal Project

Here it is, not squared up yet but the embellishments are done on it and I think it looks pretty good. I could do some more and maybe I will down the road but right now I am happy with the way it turned out. Now on to February. :)
